Brain-dump everything on your mind, then get it sorted into urgent / quick / wait — without a fancy app.
Why it matters
A messy to-do list steals energy. AI is good at sorting and time-boxing — you stay in charge of what actually matters.
Do it now
- Set a 3-minute timer. Type every open loop into a notes app — ugly is fine.
- Copy the prompt below, paste your dump into the brackets, and send it to any free AI chat.
- Edit the plan: delete anything that is not truly yours to do.
- Put the 3 big things for tomorrow somewhere you will see (calendar or sticky note).
- Tomorrow night, ask: "What slipped? Reschedule kindly."
Try this prompt (copy and paste)
Here is my messy brain dump for the week: """ [paste everything — work, home, errands, people to message] """ Sort into 3 lists: (1) Urgent this week, (2) Quick wins under 15 minutes, (3) Can wait. Give me a simple Mon–Fri plan with no more than 3 big things per day. Flag anything that looks like it needs a human (doctor, lawyer, money decision) instead of AI.
You did it
Mark this lesson complete when you have actually tried the prompt (or Instant Ask). Honesty keeps XP meaningful — no shame if you need to come back tomorrow.
